CURRY AND COMEDY ON THE MENU AT GALA DINNER

Curry and comedy will be on the menu for a special gala dinner at the Botanical Gardens this autumn, when famed broadcaster, comedian and chef Hardeep Singh Kohli teams up with Itihaas’ head chef, Updesh Shrivastava, to create a bespoke menu for 200 guests.
The award-winning chefs will be serving up an Indian feast at the event with assoicated whisky pairings taking place on 16 September at Birmingham’s stunning Botanical Gardens.
Hardeep Singh Kohli will bring his cooking prowess to Birmingham for this special event, giving guests the chance to not only taste his award-winning cuisine but also enjoy entertainment and comedy in between courses when he takes to the stage.

Jungle Lamb Curry cooked on the bone, simmered with Macallan 18 Year Old Whisky.
